Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

 

Claims for returns or refunds must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the Goods, and a copy of the invoice from which the Goods were supplied must be presented. To be eligible for a refund (less shipping costs), Goods must be unopened, unused, and have their tags attached. Failure to notify Little Pet World within the specified period will result in the waiver of such claims.

Expiry Dated Goods

 

Goods that have exceeded their expiry date will not be accepted for return or refund.

 

Manufacturer's Warranty or Guarantee

 

Goods covered by a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee will be returned, exchanged, or refunded only when such actions are approved by the manufacturer.

 

Customer Error or Change of Mind

 

If a Product Claim is made due to a customer error or change of mind, and Little Pet World accepts the claim, there will be NO Restocking Fee. Additionally, the purchaser is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning the product to Little Pet World Pty Ltd, except in cases where the product was shipped in error by us or was deemed faulty upon arrival.

 

Procedure for Returns and Exchanges

 

  1. Contact Little Pet World to report any issues related to your order. You can reach us via email at support@littlepetworld.com.au

 

  1. Please note: For specific claims (e.g., faulty/flawed items, missing items, damaged items, out-of-date items), you will be required to provide images within 24 hours of delivery when making a claim.

 

  1. Upon receiving a return or exchange reference number, label and send the items to the following address:

  1. Upon receipt of your items, we will acknowledge the return. Refunds or exchanges will be processed provided that the items arrive in their unused, original condition, including intact packaging as received from us.
