NexGard Spectra for Large Dogs

NexGard Spectra is a monthly treatment in the form of a beef flavoured chew which provides your dog with protection against most internal and external parasites of dogs in Australia.

Nexgard Spectra Chews Large Dogs 15.1-30kg (Purple) is a beef-flavored chewable for fleas, ticks and worm treatment. It is an effective treatment of Paralysis ticks, Bush ticks, and Brown Dog ticks. This monthly treatment is also effective in heartworm prevention in dogs, so you do not need to administer heartworm treatment for dogs separately. It is available in the form of chewable tablets for easy dosage. Nexgard Spectra is a broad-spectrum dog wormer that works as a major preventive measure against the zoonotic hookworm, Ancylostoma ceylanicum along with gut worms such as whipworms and roundworms. The oral treatment is effective for gastrointestinal nematodes. NexGard Spectra also treats and controls mange and mites on dogs (demodectic mange, sarcoptic mange and ear mites). Some flea tablets or worming tablets can be difficult to administer, but NexGard Spectra is a highly palatable beef-flavoured chew that your dog will truly love.

Key Benefits

NexGard Spectra provides all in one protection against fleas, ticks, mites, heartworm, and intestinal worms including flea tapeworm. It does not provide protection against hydatid tapeworm.

Usage Instructions

NexGard Spectra is given orally once a month, please weigh your dog and follow the packaging instructions for the right dosage. For best performance treat your dog on or around the same day each month.

Precautions

Safe for use in puppies over 2kg from 8 weeks of age and in Collie breeds. NexGard and NexGard Spectra for Dogs are approved for use in breeding, pregnant and lactating female dogs. 

In tick season, daily searching for, and removal of any ticks found is recommended.
